Our Services

We offer advanced 3d scanning, 3d modeling (live or digital), and 3D printing. Most clients come to us with 3D models or references from the real world that we can measure in order to adapt, modify, or clone them on our 3D printers.

If we can’t produce something in-house, we can get a service bureau to produce it in a huge variety of materials, including metals, resins, and more.

3D modeling

When you just have an idea or a part reference in the real world, this is where you may need to start. We can take measurements (or scan) these parts or components, then clone, adapt, or design around them as needed.

Design is often the most expensive part of the process, as this takes human hours and site visits sometimes. You may also mail parts to us - inquire for details.

Pricing varies, starting at $50/CDN per model, or $100/CDN per hour.

3d printing

This is our core service, perfect if you already have a model ready to go. Most 3d file types are accepted (and most can be converted), but .3MF, .STL, and .STP are the most common.

All common plastics are available, with preference for PLA and PETG. Hundreds of colors are available. Most production is done on Bambu X1 carbon machines.

Metals can be produced with service partners. Costs are generally much higher than for plastics, but are still quite reasonable for small parts.

Pricing starts as low as a few dollars per print

3d scanning

3D scanning is a delicate art that clones things nearly exactly from the real world. This is great for objects that are too difficult or too large to easily measure by hand.

This process requires a site visit.
Pricing starts around $100-200CDN.

This process is NOT best for mechanically critical parts, where exact dimensions are important — instead think of this technology for models, art projects, etc.
